Terms of use
This page sets out the EZRate Terms of use in plain words. Using the website, the price pages, the tools or the dashboard means you accept it; if anything is unclear, contact support before buying a paid plan. It applies equally to free users and paid plans unless a difference is stated. These terms govern your use of ezrate.me, our apps, widgets and API.
01Acceptance
Using any part of EZRate means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02Nature of the data
Rates are calculated from the median of market sources and are for information only. EZRate does not offer to buy or sell, give financial advice, or publish an official settlement rate, and is not responsible for trading decisions.
03Your account
Account details must be accurate and you are responsible for keeping your password safe. One account per person; you are responsible for all activity on it.
04Acceptable use
Automated scraping instead of the API, republishing rates without attribution, bypassing usage limits, or anything that disrupts the service is not allowed.
05Content ownership
Articles, charts and site design belong to EZRate. Quoting with attribution and a direct link is allowed.
06Ads and links
EZRate is not responsible for the content, products or services of advertisers or external links.
07Changes and availability
The service may be briefly unavailable for maintenance. Material changes to these terms are announced at least 7 days in advance by email and on this page.
08Contact

09Services covered
This text applies to every EZRate service — from rate pages such as the US dollar, gold and USDT to the rates API, widgets, exchange-office boards and price alerts. Rates are published for information only and EZRate does not buy or sell currency; trading decisions and their consequences are the user’s own, and before a large trade it is best to confirm the final price with a licensed exchange office.
10Changes and contact
This text may be updated as the services grow; the date of the last change is shown at the top and important changes are e-mailed to registered users. For any question use the contact page or the support section of your dashboard.
