Privacy policy
This page sets out the EZRate Privacy policy in plain words. Using the website, the price pages, the tools or the dashboard means you accept it; if anything is unclear, contact support before buying a paid plan. It applies equally to free users and paid plans unless a difference is stated.What data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
01Data we collect
Email, display name, password (hashed only), IP and device type for sign-in security, API usage logs, and the source wallet address of payments, which is public on the blockchain.
02What we never ask for
Bank card numbers, national ID, identity documents, or wallet private keys and recovery phrases. Any message asking for these is not from EZRate.
03How we use data
To provide the service, secure your account, send alerts and receipts, and produce anonymous statistics.
04Cookies
Essential cookies (session and language) and anonymous analytics. Ad partners such as Google AdSense may set third-party cookies, which you can manage in your browser.
05Sharing
We do not sell your data. It is shared only as needed with email, SMS and Telegram delivery providers.
06Retention
Technical logs are kept for 90 days. When you delete your account, data is erased within 30 days, except payment records required for accounting.
07Your rights
Access, correct, export or delete your data from “Account & security” in your dashboard, or email privacy@ezrate.me.
08Security
HTTPS everywhere, encrypted sessions, optional two-factor authentication and alerts for new-device sign-ins.
09Services covered
This text applies to every EZRate service — from rate pages such as the US dollar, gold and USDT to the rates API, widgets, exchange-office boards and price alerts. Rates are published for information only and EZRate does not buy or sell currency; trading decisions and their consequences are the user’s own, and before a large trade it is best to confirm the final price with a licensed exchange office.

This text may be updated as the services grow; the date of the last change is shown at the top and important changes are e-mailed to registered users. For any question use the contact page or the support section of your dashboard.
